A reminder of the process now
- We will send you an email within 48 hours containing a list of questions that we need answered to personalise your pack for your service,
- Once we receive your returned questions, we advise you of an expected delivery date for your policy pack and request any additional information we may need,
- We email your pack to you,
- You have 12 weeks to go through your pack in detail and get back to us with any amendments,
- We keep your pack for 6 months to enable you to review the contents and revert to us with any small changes or amendments you require to suit your service.
