Mosaic Early Education Ltd is delighted to announce the appointment of Sinead Hanlon as Training Consultant, reflecting the continued growth in demand for Mosaic’s professional early education services and products.

Sinead is Manager of Ardara Community Childcare CLG, where she is recognised as an outstanding early years leader with a strong commitment to quality, mentoring and continuous improvement. Most recently, she led her service through a Department of Education inspection, achieving the exceptional distinction of four ‘Excellent’ ratings.

In her new role, Sinead will deliver accredited professional development programmes that support educators and leaders to strengthen practice, build confidence and enhance outcomes for children.

She will also promote the MOSAIC Pedagogical System, providing educators with practical, hands-on experience of using the MOSAIC Pedagogical Documentation App to its full potential within an early childhood service. Drawing on her own leadership experience, Sinead will demonstrate how the app can support meaningful documentation, assessment, planning and family engagement.

Mosaic CEO Avril McMonagle welcomed the appointment:

“We are thrilled to welcome Sinead to the Mosaic team. She brings exceptional leadership, practical expertise and a proven commitment to quality.

At Mosaic, we believe that the strongest professional learning comes from experienced educators who understand the realities of working in early childhood education every day. Sinead embodies those values perfectly. As demand for the MOSAIC Documentation system and our accredited training programmes continues to grow, her appointment allows us to expand our reach while maintaining the high-quality, practical and relationship-based training that Mosaic is known for. We are excited about what this means for educators, services and ultimately for children.”
